How to return

Email support@clarajanejewels.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll reply with approval and return instructions (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm EST)
Send the item back in its original packaging
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 10 business days — you'll get a confirmation email

What we can't accept

Items that have been worn or damaged
Returns without prior approval
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
